You won’t find a better shop than this one for transmission work. I took my newly bought Dodge Dakota here to get checked out and my experience with them was flawless. The communication was great along with great prices. I was informed every step of the way and the work was done extremely fast. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing work on their car.

James diagnosed my vehicle and although it ended up not being a transmission issue, he provided a ton of knowledge and if it had been, I know I’d have been in good hands. I had my truck towed two weeks ago almost, and called to see what was happening today and was told that they haven’t even started to work on this And needed to take it apart to see what was wrong as they were going to be putting in a new transmission. Does not make sense to me. A new transmission but needing to go through to take it apart if it’s going to be new, what difference does it make? wouldn’t you be putting in a new transmission..:. What’s wrong with parts? Take it out and put a new one in no?? I picked up my truck and I’m taking it to get done somewhere else. Obviously these people don’t care about time for Customers and value honesty.
