In January 2025 South Oak Dodge replace my BCM when I got my Dodge Ram back, radio not working they had no clue why. Went to Shockwave and they fixed it, Shockwave made my radio great again...
View on GoogleWhere do I start with this establishment. Poor quality of work and poor customer service. They messed my Range Rover up badly. They lied about how long they actually needed the vehicle. They didn’t finish the work after having my vehicle for over a week. They scratched my window and never told me. I found multiple screws on my floor and they left the inside of my vehicle dirty. How they are still in business I will never know but I am taking further action!!!
View on GoogleDid not disclose price before proceeding on helping my 18 year old daughter locate a remote start on a vehicle she purchased. Saddened that she was taken for $50 and they didn’t even tell her what model or help her find a remote for it. They told her to take a picture of it with her phone and google it. Bad business.
View on GoogleI don't see how this place has so many positive reviews!! took my girl friend car there before for auto start installation and it was a horrible experience. He broke their original OEM key fob in order to make the auto start work. We didn't even want the installation once He explained what he had to do to install it But he did it anyways

Ive been trying to get my $700 from them 5 years several times multiple times a year I’ve left letters I’ve requested for the owner to contact me due to my deposit and my car being totaled and paying for a product i couldn’t use . I was told that I could use the $700 towards my new vehicle and they will get in touch with me but they still have not. I’m very upset. I’m a single mother and $700 is a lot to just throw away. Please do not go to this place. They will keep your money and you will never hear from them and they will play clueless!!!!
