Phillips Chevrolet Service

brought my car in for warranty repair, my advisor Jeremiah was very informative and respectful towards my concerns. I’d like to thank the tech Ryan for resolving the issue with excellent repair work he is very professional and skilled. Also want to thank the service director Dan for previous experience with other vehicles. Never had an issue with Phillips service. Highly recommend

I called asking for a price on a part. Service Manager Mike gave me the part price, and was actually able to fit me in for same day service, even though it was after noon on a Saturday. Once I got there, he thoroughly explained everything (price difference because of the headlight variable), he was upfront that he did not have the part, but if I was willing, he would get the part from offsite. We discussed all the work that was entailed to fix 1 headlight vs both headlights, and he was still able to get *BOTH* my headlights replaced within a very reasonable time. I certainly appreciate his effort.

Everything with my service went fine. People were all friendly. Elizabeth was responsive to my questions and the service seems to be what I expected. It was also completed in a timely manner. The only problem is obiously the cost associated with such repairs. I unerstand this is reality these days and these things happen. My biggest problem has been and will contimue to be with the long term quality of your vehicles. I've had five chevy vehicles over the years, and the quality over the years has deteriorated! This is a 2017 Equinox and in less than 10 years, and less than 150,000 miles, I've had a timing chain that jumped and destroy the engine. My transmission, had issues, and needed to be rebuilt, and now my suspension needed to be reworked. I'm asking you, what next? This isn't something you here about with your compettitors vehicles. I will not be purchasing another Chevrolet vehicle!

I purchased a used equinox from Joe Lucas and I was so excited. I didn’t realize there was a tear in the backseat. I called and Liz got me an appointment thank you Liz got it repaired and you can’t even tell where the tear was. Excellent job.

I had a somewhat car emergency when my check engine light came on just before getting on the highway to head to work… I called in, on an already very busy, Thursday morning asking to come in to have my car looked at right away, as if I’m the only car emergency ever 🤪🤦🏼‍♀️. Theodore (Teddy) handled my call perfectly. (I’m a little extra ha!) He advised me to come right in and they would look at my car and hopefully get me back on my way. The service is always top notch with you guys. I usually see James and he just knows me and how to talk to me (cuz I am a little extra) but it happened to be his day off and Teddy was the lucky winner of me that day hahhaha 💁🏼‍♀️and he was calming and informative on my situation- when it was decided my car needed to stay the manager, Mike, came over and spoke to me about the potential severity of the codes that were popping and again- very calming. People always ask me why I do all my service at Phillips even though I’m not under warranty anymore - and this is exactly why. The service is always perfect and you can count on being taken care of and given the correct information. Thanks Teddy for making a crazy morning calmer and for being so patient!
