We purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado truck with 3" lift kit. This truck runs really great! The truck is in excellent condition and is very clean. The windshield had a small chip in it, but without hesitation, Elite Auto replaced the windshield. The truck came with 22" rim low profile tires that we replaced with 20" rim regular highway tires. Don't get me wrong, the 22" tires looked good and were in good condition, but we wanted a more conservative look regarding the tires, and due to us driving a lot of highway miles, wanted tires that were more practical for highway driving. Shelby, at Elite Auto, helped us with finding replacement tires which we were very appreciative of. We ended up buying new rims and tires from a tire shop, but as I said, we knew we were going to eventually replace the rims and tires when we purchased the truck. I want to personally thank Shelby and Adam at Elite Auto for all their help with the purchase of our truck. We love this truck and have been getting lots of compliments on it from everyone.

The sales person we dealt with was great. In fact he knew our situation and drove all the way out to our home in Indiana so I could sign, which made it easy for my daughter to pick up the car without me. He also sat in his van while I tried to get proof of new address. But, two days after buying the car my daughter is stranded in the next town over cause it’s dead as a door nail, died while she was driving it and coasted into a parking spot. I’m now in need of the warranty info. My daughter asked about warranty info when she picked it up, they said i had it. So they keep pointing me to an email I got from the finance company. So I call there obviously upset the car we bought from them lasted two days. I call the sales rep, regrettably I did bother him during a funeral and I felt horrible. I called the office and the person I explained a car we just bought died to the person that answered. He rattled off a few things that it could be, I’m annoyed I didn’t want to know what he thought it was, I wanted them to know a car we just bought from them was dead and I needed the warranty info. They again tell me it should be in an email. I’m even more annoyed now. Just give me the warranty info please. I lost my temper and my husband asked if I was ok and I said no, idiots. Which at this point 7,000 on a car that doesn’t work, I’m only asking for the warranty name and how to reach them, yes I said idiots. The guy told me I was disrespectful and hung up on me. That’s fine, if customer service isn’t their thing. I’ve made it clear multiple times I couldn’t find this said email and I was concerned about how much I’m about to spend on a car my daughter literally just drove off the lot, I’d like the warranty info. That’s all I wanted and it was check you email do this do that. There was no, oh my goodness, we sold you a car that died already? I’m so sorry to hear this, yes let me get that warranty info. It was, maybe your daughter left the lights on and the batteries dead, or it could be the starter or this and that. Would you have focused on that if a man called? Or is that just when a woman called? Then to assume my daughter just left her light on, if that was the case it wouldn’t have started. She got a whole town over when it died, lights flickered everything shut down and she coasted into a parking lot. please just help me get the warranty info. Two days! We had it two days and it died. “Idiots” was not bad considering my daughter was stranded the next town over and I was trying to figure out tow companies, where to bring the car how the warranty works, plus rush over to get her so she could make it to work on time. He wants to tell me what it could be and that possibly my daughter left the lights on. But, yeah, let me apologize for calling you an idiot when I’m stressed and literally all I wanted was warranty info and no I did a search my emails several times and never found the warranty info and never received this pamphlet they kept saying they gave me. Update: it appears this car already needs 3,000 dollars worth of work to get it back in order. I’m hoping the warranty we bought will cover most of it. However, considering we are now still down a vehicle and we bought this lemon on Tuesday, it’s safe to say I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from here. Update 2: with us only having this lemon for two days the warranty we bought will not cover the 3,000 dollars worth of work to make it run again. Well, technically 2,000 just to get it up and running. We need to have it 15 days or 1,000 miles. Still no word from this company.

I had a great experience with Elite Auto Haus. I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima, and I’m very happy with my purchase. For weeks I was online car shopping and until early this week Elite Auto Haus wasn't in the picture, I'm glad I continued to search. I was not disappointed at all. Adam was quite helpful, very transparent throughout the process, and made sure everything was crystal clear. I recommend coming here to buy a pre-owned vehicle, but before you come do your research and make sure you know your range of options. I will revisit after I have driven the car for at least a month. I recently purchased 2013 Ford Explorer AWD from Elite Auto and the experience was amazing . Quick process and friendly and helpful staff Alaeddin and Shelby are very friendly and cooperative and also before I headed to them they have everything ready for me including the car I purchased for test drive and all the paperwork which took us no longer than 10 minutes to close the deal.
