Douglas Auto – Fox River Grove

I went Douglas to get a second key made for a used car we purchased recently. That went perfectly. I asked if they would take a look at some work that needed to be done under the car. Not only did they do a great job fixing the issue, their price beat two other shops. I am pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely bring my cars to them in the future. Thank you!

We have trusted Douglas Auto in Fox River Grove for most of our auto repair needs. This time the brakes on our 2019 Subaru were not performing as well as they should and we called to make an appointment. To my surprise they asked if I could get it there today. I arrived just after noon and was told they would get right to it. Again to my surprise they called me less than an hour later and explained what they found and how it could be resolved. They replaced all four sets of brake pads and rotors as well as flushed the brakes due to the current mileage on the car. My wife drove her car home with new brakes that evening! On a side note I am still waiting for the dealership to return my calls to make an appointment for the issue Douglas fixed the same day!

Had my wheel bearing replaced, a new key fob made, and an oil change done here. The team is always friendly and I trust the quality of their work. They take care of everything and make the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
