Very late review but had to give them 5 stars very friendly staff and my car had a huge leak coming from the radiator and they got me back on the road the next day they definitely would've had me back on the road the same day but they had to order the part so I understand plus they dont overcharge on the inspection thats one reason I chosed this place rather than other places that wanted to charge me almost a week worth of work just to look at the problem

I've just read the lowest reviews, I've had work done here before, they got the work done one time it took two visits for the same thing. The second time the work cost three times more then I was originally told, over all I'm ok with the service, better than going to the dealership, that being said I do think mechanic no matter what kind. up charge people or just out and out cheat people, It's hard to find honest people they try and find ways to get more money out of you. That seems to be the world we live in.

I rebuilt my whole front end and this was the closes shop with an alignment rack so I took it to them. Made an appt friday for monday at 9am dropped it off monday morning, and they didn’t even bring it in to look at it till tuesday, then I got it back and it still drove like crap, and I asked them to do a run through of the front end and they said that stuff was loose and they tightened it. Ironic that they didn’t mention My centerlink was also assembled wrong and put in back wards which they said nothing about but said bolts were low that weren’t. I proceeded to fix my centerlink and so my toe and caster was all off, so i took it back to them. When I got it back this 2nd time, it was making a new clank sound and it was driving off, I took it to my buddies shop who went through the front end properly and told me that they didn’t tighten the control arm bolts at all which was the clank sound I heared, Also not to mention I paid 200 for an alignment that they took no time doing bc it was done so bad. I am so pissed off at this place since they took 400 dollars of mine for alignment that was done horribly. Don’t go here they will jack your car up and won’t take the time to help you.

I had an outstanding experience with Flossmoor Family Auto. Bill took the time to talk through my concerns, got my car in right away, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. He even went the extra mile by checking over the rest of the vehicle for safety and giving me honest feedback. The repairs were done on time and the car is running great. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this reliable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Highly recommended.

Co2 went out in my car , brought it in and all taken care of . Have always had great work done here. Mechanics know what they are doing at this place . I would recommend coming here
