Over 8 years ago I use to bring my BMW here and they always did a great job. Two years ago I moved in the area and because of my past experiences, I brought my AUDI here. My Car per Bruno needed sparks plugs based on their diagnosis, I paid $1200 (?) however my car immediately did something different , It would struggle to start at times that I had to press on the gas to get it started, I took it back twice to European and they said "Oh they couldn't find anything wrong with it" The problem persisted, on and off. finally I recorded it on my phone and took it back. Played the video for Bruno. They Fixed the problem? Now my car was dragging ( here we go again) not all the time but noticeable. After a few weeks it stopped on me, got it started back and called European about the situation and took it to European. Now Im told it's lower pressure fuel. This is the real story Bruno called me and said it my lower pressure fuel etc and it will cost $800. I thought hmmm and responded what was its last month when I brought it in ? Bruno: The high pressure fuel pump (?). So very nicely I said Im confused, I have brought my car in and each time I left with some other problem that I never had before and when I explain it I'm sent on my way until it gets worse and Im paying more money and this time I out in the cold and it could potential be hazardous to me or others, Bruno: well take it somewhere else or AUDI. me: quiet, I been bringing my car to you for years, I have been nice and pleasant with you, you should of responded with I apologize the you have been experiencing this , let me make sure that this won't occur again ( or something like that). I was surprised and hurt of his lack of empathy, professionalism and had such a dismissal attitude with my concerns. However, he was right and I was schooled lesson learned Bruno! ( I will NEVER spend my money where I'm not Respected!) I have choices. So,I went and picked up my car.

My car was towed to this mechanic because it wasn’t starting. I specifically told him about a hole in a coolant pipe that needed to be fixed, but that issue was completely ignored. Instead, he charged me for a timing cover—something I never asked for and that didn’t address the actual problem. After keeping my car for weeks, he didn’t do anything to get the engine running. When we finally got the car back, we realized it had been completely dismantled. As you can see in the photos, nothing is connected, spark plugs were left in a plastic bag, and he even left one of his SHOP RAGS INSIDE THE ENGINE. This is NOT how the car was brought to him. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to inspect it right away because his shop hours were during my work hours, and all of our communication was over the phone with my girlfriend. We paid over the phone by giving him my card number for manual entry, trusting that he was being honest. Looking back, there were red flags—weeks with no updates, delays before he even looked at the car, and Bruno’s attitude on the phone. Because of all this, we decided to tow the car elsewhere for repairs, and that’s when we saw the condition it was in. My car was returned in WORSE condition than when it arrived. We ended up getting the engine replaced with a different mechanic and had a MUCH better experience.

Recently had a starter replaced on my 2020 Mercedes GLC300 . I was totally satisfied with the sevice , Bruno diagnosed the problem and quoted me a reasonable price within a couple hours I would say to prospective customer skip the service departments at these dealerships they are way overpriced BIG TIME !! European Cars - Evergreen Park is a better option .

Ive been with Bruno for over 20 yrs and wont take my car any place other than EUropean I Evergreen

I was recommended to go here, while standing at the counter waiting on a rep, a man walks up from the back and immediately says “I’m booked up”! No hello, no good morning, no how can I help you, no nothing. I said to him how about hello, which he eventually said it sarcastically. Hope your experience is better than mine if you get service here. Nevertheless, I turned around and politely said someone recommended me to come here and walked off. Good customer service is hard to find.
