I called Elmhurst Auto this afternoon to find out if they could fix a tire that had a nail in it. They said that I should come by and they would let me know if the tire was fixable. When I got there I spoke with the manager, Kevin. I explained my situation and that I really needed to get my car back ASAP. He was great! As soon as a mechanic was available he got to work on my car. Turns out that the tire was not fixable. Kevin, knowing that I was pressed for time, immediately sent one of his guys to Rozelle to get a new tire for me. He went to all the way to Rozelle because that was the closest matching tire that he could find. While the guy was driving to Rozelle, Kevin had another mechanic make sure that he did all that he could do while waiting for the new tire. Not only did they get things done super quickly but they put the spare back underneath the vehicle and made sure that everything was as good as new. Phenomenal customer service!!

View on GoogleWent in here at the start of the month with a check engine light on, but also needing an oil change. They seem to know the problem and say they can fix it for 1200. I get the car back and not even a day later the light comes back on . I work long days and so I take the car in the next available day off I have, driving it as little as possible in that time. When I return the car they call me and say the car cannot be fixed and that it is junk and that they knew it had a problem that couldn't be fixed. So not only did they rip me off 1200 dollars on a problem that couldn't be solved but also let me drive away in a car they knew to be not road safe putting my life and other divers lives in danger. I would recommend you go anywhere else except this place. When you go in and they act like they are too busy to even take you in the first place take the cue and go somewhere else where you're gonna get some quality work done

View on GoogleThey charge extremely high prices just to check something on your car without disclosing it first. Oil change $90. A/C dye check $90. It feels like they just pick a price dependent on the persons demographic. The short guy that's at the front has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Two different occasions he's given me extreme attitude for just asking questions. Never says hi or uses manners whatsoever. Pick someone else to talk to your customers if you want business to return. I only returned because of the location convenience and I wish I never did. Also tried to charge me $1K+ for something I'm getting done for $300 elsewhere. AVOID - SCAMMERS.
