I paid $900 for a belt, roller and alternator. Okay cool. A week later my car battery light comes on. I replace the battery cuz how could it be the alternator when these lovely people just changed it. Didn't Fix it. Okay let's have the alternator tested I guess. It's fried. They put in an untested broken alternator. Okay fine I'll bring it back up. Brought it back to this shop, they tested it. It's the alternator. That's ask the guy says to my wife "yeah it's the alternator" then nothing for a minute. My wife asks "can you replace it?" Guy says "uh yeah we can" again quiet for a minute. My wife says "like for free?" Again just "sure" Sure. 3 days of Ubers to and from work adding up to about $300. No apologies. Nothing extra to save face. Nothing. Okay. Again. Says it will be ready in 4 days. 4 days later here I am picking it up. Yay! I rush over after work. My wife called ahead to make sure I could pick it up. The guy says he's going to leave the key In The van. She asks him to not do that, she's concerned about her car getting stolen. Fair. He said "oh don't worry I'll go ahead and keep it in the office!" I show up a few minutes before they close. The door is already locked. Okay I knock. I get greeted by a man saying "hello?" "Hi! I'm here to pick up the van out front!" He looks at me and grunts "the keys are on the floor inside" then closes the door. Nice. Real nice. Will not be coming back. Do not recommend. I'll take my business to someone who will do the job right and IF they make a mistake, will own up to that shit and apologize. Thanks. Also attached is the receipt from the free replacement under warranty.

I brought my Highlander here for a few items to be handled. They were able to service my vehicle quickly and answered all of my questions. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced and the work and price were both great. I spoke with Ryan and he was professional and polite throughout the entire process. I would recommend that location to anyone.

I've only been using Country Automotive for just short of 2 years, but I have come to rely on their expertise and great service. I know when I bring my vehicles in for service they'll do a professional inspection, do the right thing, and complete the work in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend coming here for any car troubles! They have great service and do their best to accommodate you and keep you informed. They were able to pin down the problem with my car when other places could not. I wish I had gone to them first instead of spending money with other mechanics.

I means a lot, especially these days, to have an excellent service like this you know you can trust 100%. We've been using Country Automotive a couple decades, and they are top notch!
