Females who drive and own your own car, BEWARE! I took my vehicle in for service, dropped it off at 8:30am, 8 hours later they never called for an update. I had to stop in at 4:30 to see if my vehicle was done only to find out they couldn't find what was wrong with it and the mechanic had gone home for the day. I spoke w/Jose the owner and I gave him the history of my vehicle and what I believe to be wrong with it because I had had the exact same problem in the past. Spark plug wires needs to be changed out! The look on Jose's face when I suggested what needed to be looked at was as if I had insulted or offended him! I am no mechanic but my vehicle has a history and I explained that to him but he made me feel like I was a bug on the wall that needed to be squashed, I could tell Jose got angry by his eyes and his mouth was completely open. IF I WAS A MAN AND TOLD HIM, THIS WOULD HAVE PLAYED OUT DIFFERENTLY! Needles to say, my vehicle had to spend the night there. The next day I got a call from Maria who said they couldn't figure out what was wrong but they did move cables around and my vehicle was running fine and ready to be picked up. 1 week later my vehicle was acting up again, I called Maria and told her that I wanted to get my vehicle in to replace spark plug wires. Maria said I needed an electrician and the electrician was not available and she would call once he got in later that day, really! an electrician just for spark plug wires?. SHE NEVER CALLED! On my way home my vehicle was stalling, there was a mechanic shop that I was able to make it to. I explained to the new mechanic what I believe was the problem. He took the time to hear me out with no judgements, faces, attitude or an open mouth. He didn't make me feel like I had insulted or offend him in anyway. My vehicle had to spend the night and the next day he called me to tell me that my spark plug wires needed to be changed. Cedeno Auto Repair refused to listen to what I had to say, this shop is a mans world or that is how he made me feel! Find another repair shop!!
