Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

HORRIBLE! I stopped in to get antifreeze put into my car, the technician opens the hood and tells me he had a harder time opening which I know because my frame on my car is bent so when my hood got replaced it doesn’t pop like the normal hood you have to pull it up and unlatch it. He gets the hood up which was perfectly fine and latched when I arrived. He grabs a bottle of antifreeze and puts it my car he noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was low too so he added more. He closes the hood (well that’s what I thought) comes over to the car and tells me I’m good to go and my hood was broke I explained to him it wasn’t you just have to make sure it’s down and latched to the latch. I leave and get on the expressway 2 mins later my car starts overheating why I don’t know and I just got antifreeze unfortunately so as I’m trying to merge over to stop the car the hood flys back and busted the windshield. He never latch the hood back on he just put the hood down, also my car is still overheating …. Go under the hood he never put antifreeze in the radiator he put antifreeze in the overflow

I came to this location because of the reviews. I was offered a bottle of cold water when I pulled in. The gentlemen were kind and informative. Found out my dip stick was broken. They don't sell them so it wasn't a gimmick just genuine information. I got the high mileage full synthetic oil which was the same price I've paid everywhere else. They were a little more noisy underneath than I am used to. Found out I need another part. They were so helpful. I checked out and received air freshener...a nice touch for sure. Great experience.

I stopped by for an oil change and was really impressed with the service! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. My car is running smoothly, and they even checked my fluids and tire pressure at no extra charge. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, too.

Brandon was the professional that helped me this morning. When I pulled in he quickly greeted me and I guess since it was such a muggy morning he offered me a cold bottle of water. And I said can I get an oil change. He said yes so they started doing what they do but I wanted to know the price and Brandon works on the price after I give him the information requested but before he has the price he tells me “you know oil changes done went up” I’m thinking to myself “well if I don’t like the price that I hear then I will just go to another “ but honestly I didn’t want to go to another I just wanted 1-2-3🤌✨👋have a nice day✌🏾Obviously Brandon could feel that I would leave if I didn’t like the price so he said I’m gone take care of you but I notice they already working and Brandon says ma’am Everything will be Ok then he gives me my price and then he tells me I should have my filter changed once every year and shows me mine I really didn’t want to spend the extra money but Brandon let me know how Important it is to change your filter because It’s gone make a difference on your gas he informed me that I would be able to get more out of my gas. And with the way gas prices are I need everything to squeeze all possible out of every gallon that go into my car. All in all I had a quick informative experience that was affordable and important for my car. And no Brandon I was not gone curse you out if I didn’t like the price I was gone respectfully decline the service and go to another. I’m glad you help me I was very pleased you are a very handsome young man who knows his stuff I will return and recommend 👍🏾

Stopped in yesterday for a quick oil change. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff is always friendly and informative that's why I've been coming over the years.They explained everything they were doing they even adjusted my wipers and replaced one even giving me a discount. I'll definitely be back for my next service i happily recommend them
