My experience with this company was extremely negative. When I brought my car in for repairs, I was quoted around $300. However, after waiting for a month, I was suddenly told the car was ready and handed a bill for $1,500 — without any prior agreement or clear explanation. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to mislead the customer. During my interactions, I also felt a clear sense of bias and disrespect toward me based on my background and appearance. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any business, especially in customer service. Based on my personal experience, I strongly do not recommend using their services. This company fails to uphold basic principles of honesty and respect toward its clients.

LITERALLY no stars should be given. But you can’t comment without posting. This was literally the WORST Customer, service and experience I ever had with the business. They kept my car for a really long time. 4 months to be exact. Refused to provide a receipt for my services, and I had to come and pick my car up at my own leisure. They would not give me my vehicle. Consistently lied about the work being done and when it would be completed. With the work was supposedly done, I almost had a major accident in my vehicle after the steering wheel completely popped off while driving. I had my Two-year-old twin daughters in my vehicle with me. They were supposed to replace my steering wheel column. It was done incorrectly, as well as there were other services I paid for that was done horribly. Several other things were broken in my vehicle after picking it up I refuse to bring it back to them because they had it for so long, and truly did not have educated technicians. DO NOT BRING your car there!!! I’m currently awaiting a promise of $250 which isn’t even close to what I paid and I’ve been waiting for the past 6 months. They no longer answer the phone when I call. I live on the west side of Chicago. It is an inconvenience To drive all the way to Dolton for a receipt as well request my refund. They’ve also threatened to call the police if I do. Worst mistake I ever made was taking my car there. They were recommended from friend of there’s And I wanted to support black businesses, but unfortunately they are very unprofessional.

Brought my dodge Dakota in for some suspension work and engine work paid 695$ and services was not completed. It was there for at least 4 months ended up taking my car from there and taking it to actual licensed mechanic shop. These people are scammers and thieves. I would not recommend

I took my Hi peformance Vehicle to Kings Manson auto care for service for engine installation. They did a fantastic job, They handled my car with the upmost care. Not to mention the little extra attention to other problems that they repaired that was not requested. Great service. I would hightly recommend this service center to anyone.

I brought my Van to them because it was overheating. They charged me $630 to replace a radiator, van was still overheating afterwards. Took it to a trusted Auto shop, and they found the actual leak, so I paid for a new radiator for Nothing! I'm so damn Pissed😡🤬😡🤬
