My Mechanic

My experience at My Mechanic Elmhurst was terrific. They conducted their inspection and determined my A/C compressor went kaput. They also performed the required testing to determine the reason for a Check Engine light. I brought the car in on Friday and the repairs were completed by Monday morning. Courteous service and they satisfactorily answered all my questions. I will have all of my cars serviced by My Mechanic in the future.

I’ve been taking my car to Nick in Claredon Hills shop for about 7 years and my husband takes his car to Mike in the Elmhurst shop for over 20 years. Great service, easy to work with, fair pricing. We both highly recommend My Mechanic for your auto maintenance and repair needs.

Nick is the man! Places like this are a dying breed, and it’s honestly been over a decade since I came across a business such as this. I have been coming here for years with my Germans. They have handled everything from my last Beamer I pushed to over 200k mileage with them (and could have gone longer if I didn’t get a new car), to a new Audi Q5 and S5, and even a 3500 Mercedes Sprinter. They comprehensively review all aspects of your car and outline recommended maintenance in order of priority by color coding categories of urgency. They do not push repairs that are not needed, but rather will point out what you should do now versus what can wait. I would trust them with a 911 Turbo S. They have a customer and all my cars for life! Stop getting fleeced at the stealership like a bozo and give these guys your business without question. Thank me later.

My mechanic in Clarendon hills is run by a local (absolutely wonderful,BTW) family and has, hands down, the best customer service and mechanics I’ve ever been to. I have been using them for the past 5 1/2 years and I have complete trust in them and I recommend them 💯 for all your vehicles!

Team was awesome! I had a flat tire and needed quick help at the last minute. They jumped on it right away and got me out the door. Very friendly!
