The last two times I’ve came here to get my oil changed, Tom has helped me out. He’s extremely fast, and gives kind customer service. As a girl that knows absolutely nothing about cars, I tend to get anxious going anywhere to get my car serviced for anything. The last two times I’ve been here and he’s helped me out, It’s been nothing but a good Experience. This last visit during an oil change I mentioned to him that my splash guard under my Nissan was pretty busted up and asked him to Do what he can. He ended up zip tying a couple sections together to hold it up until I go and get it replaced. he even let me know a rough idea of what that might cost and told me to look into seeing if my insurance would cover it due to the reason for the damage. This Above and beyond service was at no additional cost to me, and he even mentioned to me that he was not allowed to take the tip I offered to give him. Thank you tom, do making a young inexperienced woman like myself feel comfortable coming back here. And as far as Woodmans goes, you guys should allow your hardworking staff to accept tips. Extremely upsetting i can not reward your team.

There was 1 car in front of the slot I pulled into getting worked on, didn’t wait long. The actual oil change for my car was only 20 minutes. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. Overall fair deal and quick service!!
View on GoogleThe price for a full service synthetic oil change has doubled, the service was bad they didn't even check the condition of the air filter. All they did was top off the fluids and not really sure about that, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Never going back there again.
View on GoogleGREAT SERVICE! But… I have always gone to Woodmans for my oil changes. The service is excellent, quick, and has always been affordable, at least till now. Just 2.5 years ago a basic oil change was $25, and now it’s $42 (a 68% increase!!!)! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the new pricing poster. I understand inflation, but gosh - not by that much. I probably would just go to my dealership at this rate paying that price. Incredibly disappointed. Hope the prices go back down soon.
View on GooglePrices are good compared to others, but they are soooooooo slow. One car ahead of me, and I'm still sitting here 45 minutes later. If I wasn't blocked in by cars behind me, I'd have left ages ago. Update: Even after the car ahead of me finally got serviced, they took forever to open the bay door to let me drive in for service. Absolutely horrible service here. Going on 10 minutes after the previous car pulled out and I am STILL waiting to pull in for service.
