Took my company truck here. Was stranded out of town Was able to get my car fixed in only a few hours. Joel was nice enough to fit me in upon an emergency call. Joel is a great guy and his mechanics are super as well. Very knowledgeable workers, prompt and quality driven. A+++. Go there you won't be disappointed.
View on GoogleI came here a few months ago because my car would occasionally jolt and stop me when driving. I took my car to VP after getting recommended it a lot on Facebook. Came here and the owner is very friendly however they took 4 days to work on my car and they said I get no heat in my car, that’s great they put coolant and a water pump valve, i was charged just over $600. Looking at that now very pricey and shouldn’t have even taken 4 days to do. Then not even 2 weeks later, my heat didn’t work, took it again they didn’t even get it done the same day, I had to wait until the next day midday. The problem was they needed to put more coolant, 1) they didn’t even prioritize my car when I brought it back and 2) it shouldn’t have taken over a day to get it back for just adding more coolant. I am very disappointed since even people I personally know have said really good things about this place, I found a great lack of communication of what was going on with my car, what I described to them about my car is what I know found out is most likely transmission issues and that I need new front control arms describe to what I said, also feel overcharged by them spent over $600 for something not related to what I described, waited 4 days for something very simple, also he is a automotive professor which is even more dissaponting. Even on my test drive, the person doing the test drive said they’ve never been a fan of Priuses, like I don’t care??! Just drive my car. Overall very disappointed in them and I definitely wouldn’t come back, everyone seemed to have a good experience here definitely not mine.

View on GoogleDon’t recommend this place. It’s like pulling teeth to get an estimate. Called several times and was told would get a call back and never did. I’ll go somewhere else. Wow.
View on GoogleHave brought 2 of my cars here to get fixed and both times they were able to get it done within 24 hours. Friendly staff, great fast service. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend, and will be letting my friends and family know as well.
