This shop is great I brought my bronco to get an oil change they were kind great customer service the work was done quick and professional! I had to come back with my second car to get my AC Refilled because the service here is 10/10 highly recommend this shop.
View on GoogleI don't usually leave 1 star reviews but feel like i would be doing a disservice to our local community by not. I would not ever fo business here at Toro's again. There are plenty of reasons and i will explain. 1. Was charged 2500 to repair my vehicle 2. Was not fixed properly - then was told if i wanted it fixed "properly" it would have been way more. Why wasn't i given that option initially?. I would have chosen to fix it right 3. Was never told when car was finished, i had to call 2 weeks later and then was told "yes it's been done" 4. I asked them to check a backup camera to see if they could possibly fix, they never mentioned when i picked up. Needless to say they did not fix. 5. The bumper was hanging as a result of the accident i was in, they told me they can fix. Their "fix" was DRILLING RANDOM SCREWS into my bumper - i still very much love my vehicle and to see someone do this is ridiculous. 6. There is more, but this should be enough to make you want to steer clear. Im out $2500 and now have to find a place that will fix it right.
