Pit Stop Oil Change

I’ve been using pitstop for the last four years and have had zero complaints about their customer service and quality of work. The gentleman that work here are very very friendly always offer me candy when I walk into her which is really cool and they are very gracious for the business. I highly recommend this place for oil changes. They are a great company to work with.

Very helpful gentleman, always gets me in for an oil change. Even if there is abline he will say go park in the back and when the car in front leaves pull in to a spot. I can show up and if nobody is there he will assist me immediately. Paid 70 for an oil change and it takes 5 minutes. He even recommended preventive maintenance and suggested what I should do in the future. Super helpful. Doesnt try to charge extra hes truthful and honest. Another gentleman will greet you with some sweets like a werthers candy lol.

Was traveling through from out of town where I previously had my oil changed. The other never put my oil cap back on. I stopped here and these guys took good car of and my car.

I came in for an oil change in the middle of the day and they were able to get me in the bay immediately. They had a few cars lined up but I noticed they were getting clients on their way pretty quickly. When my vehicle was almost done, Jim came out and was very informative and helped point me in the right direction on anything else that may be needed to prep my car for the upcoming brutal Midwest winter (no pressure though). Overall very friendly, professional service, I would recommend Pit Stop to anyone and will likely come back in the future!

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Not once did they push extras. They did not treat me unkind because I purchased it and actually redeemed it. (As I found with other service companies that put out Groupons) They are nicest guys and so friendly. We have a crew of kids! I brought all of them with me. I cant express how heart warming it was to watch them interact with our kids. Our toddler is obsessed with all things cars. They had EXTREME patience for their littlest patrons, and even nurtured interests. Instead of getting upset that one of our toddlers was sticking his head against the windows to watch their every move, and standing on chairs 🤦‍♀️... they invited him into watching the process. Teaching him and allowing to ask his questions and see what they do and why! Truly moms, dads, grandparents a blippi experience in REAL LIFE 🤣 Plus it's even better because they touch, they see, they smell, they don't allow them to taste but they will maybe give them candy! (Also bonus points they asked me first!) They were expectionally honest about what they saw with my vehicle, and I couldn't be more thankful for helping and teaching hands along side this crazy journey of parenthood, with a very curious child. Its not very often you find someone in public that doesn't have the responsibility that just simply wants to nurture curiosity and teach! Listen to what kids want to talk about. All that being said if I didn't have kids they would have been done with oil change expectional quick too! I honestly would give them more stars if I could! P.s. go what looks like behind the gas station of the entirety. NOT the little section where you see the shop. If you don't run over the little strip on the ground they might not know you arrived. They aren't trying to be rude. :)
