During my recent visit to this auto service for an oil change, I noticed several areas that could benefit from improvement. While the oil change itself took about half an hour, I was surprised by the long wait time for such a simple service. I even offered to drive my car into the shop myself, as I had just washed it thoroughly and didn’t want anyone stepping inside without my supervision. However, I was informed that this was not allowed for customers. Additionally, I found the restroom facilities to be unacceptably dirty, and I brought this to the manager's attention. I appreciate that he promptly addressed the issue, but it made me wonder how frequently these matters are noticed and reported. Proactive maintenance could prevent similar situations and embarrassment for their customers. I chose this location primarily for its convenience, as I was also getting my car washed next door, where the service was excellent. The synthetic oil change was reasonably priced at $55; however, I was caught off guard by the additional shop supplies fee, which brought my total to $67.66, including tax. This was my first experience with such fees added to an oil change, and I believe this aspect could be communicated more transparently to customers. Another concern was that my car's settings were altered during the service, and I would have appreciated it if they had been restored to their original state. Since I'm not entirely confident in adjusting these settings myself, this was a bit frustrating. Overall, while I did receive the necessary service — a successful oil change — my experience may lead me to consider alternative options in the future. Places like Valvoline offer a quicker drive-through option that takes less than five minutes without requiring customers to exit their cars, which could be more appealing given my recent experience. Went in there recently to get my tires rotated and balanced. I noticed shortly after leaving my driveway while packing up, I kept hearing a heavy clunk from my rear driver side tire. This happen for another few days. I went back to this location to see what the issue was. The manager comes back and tells me it was my swinger was broke. I told him before the inspected the vehicle that this sound was never there prior to the tire rotating the balance service. The manager told me that it had to be broken and when they put the vehicle on the lift, it really shown how broken it was. I told him that it was not broke before I brought it here you guys broke it, he told me we did not. And I asked him am I supposed to pay for this? He told me yes! I am extremely disappointed and I’ll never go back to this place ever again.

Over $60 for an oil change for my 2011 Jetta. Yikes. Charged extra for the special oil and special filter. I have never been charged extra for these at other places and my car has over 100, 000 miles. Communications were not good - via text- should have just picked up the phone and get a quick approval or denial of service. They were quick to get the oil change done.

Always honest and trust worthy business. We have been with this establishment many years and we’ve never been disappointed. If I could chose one thing I might change it would be to get a call instead of a text or email for work needed. Not that it isn’t a great service, it’s just a preference.
