⚠️ Warning about Jiffy Lube: Very inconsistent service and pricing. The cost seems to depend on the person and mood, not a clear standard. Prices were much higher compared to the same company at other locations and other nearby shops. Staff also seemed poorly trained and not knowledgeable. I would recommend checking prices elsewhere before agreeing to any service.
View on GoogleI can tell this location just got new management and new crew. This place was my last option due to past experiences. But this time was much better. Zach and Matt serviced my car and they were perfessional and informative. Zach told me what oil my car takes and gave me options and recommendations for it. Verses the previous crew just did whatever they felt like and didnt offer any options.
View on GoogleOil leaking after oil change , once I arrived home after visiting the jiffy lube location in Carol Stream, 222 North Main Street Had to also ask my tire check and reset of my oil meter. Technicians appeared unsure of what they were to do. Never had an oil leak after any oil change Attempted to call jiffy, but we're closed. Will follow up tomorrow to get this issue resolved, before taking further action
