The customer service was great. My car was involved in a hit and run. The insurance and Crash Champions handled everything so I was left with no worries. I was constantly provided updates, and they went the extra mile and cleaned my entire interior. It was truly a great experience and made a horrible situation great.

They’ve had my car for a week but will not respond to my calls or texts at all. Jade is the person assigned to help me but she is just ignoring me all together. I wish I would have taken my car somewhere else. Do not use this body shop! Update: they have now had my car for three weeks. The new person who was helping me (Marco) suddenly doesn’t work there anymore. They told me my car would be ready last Monday, then Wednesday, then Friday. Currently the person helping me (Joe) has no idea what is wrong with my vehicle or how much longer they will have it. My car should have probably been totaled because of the damage it sustained. It was hit head-on. But, I think they were hoping to make some money off me. Now, I am waiting in limbo with no answers, no car, and a revolving door of employees who cannot help me or give me any information. Meanwhile, I am losing money every day that I do not have my vehicle. Learn from me and never, ever take your car to Crash Champions in Carol Stream.

Good afternoon, I would like to thank Alyssa.. for being so kind and very patient, and passionate with me and my situation of my car being crash . The way she explained everything about the process and how crash champion operate was amazing. Her attitude was very positive she helped me understand everything and what to expect, how much time estimated and so much more dealing with a person like Alyssa makes frustrating situations so much better .. I would recommend if anyone comes to crash champion to ask for Alyssa.. her attitude is a 10

I initially took my car to crash champion Lombard but they said they are backed up and asked to send to their sister location ( carol stream) BIG MISTAKE! Do not send your car here- not only did they keep my car there for a whole month( states there was ‘so much to do’, but when I got it- the repairs had no finishing, there were still areas of chipped paint, they painted over some rough surfaces which was obvious. It was so disheartening when I went to pick it up. HORRIBLE, do not take it here
