I recently had hail damage repaired at this auto body shop and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and stress-free! The quality of the repair work was excellent—my vehicle looks like the damage never happened. They paid close attention to detail, and the finish is flawless. They even did an amazing job cleaning the inside of my car, which I didn’t expect them to do! But hey, I’m just a girl, lol. Daniel deserves a special mention for keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his proactive communication and helpful approach, which made it easy for me to move forward with confidence. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and genuinely helpful. Thank you Anthony and Dom for your time by explaining everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about the repairs being done. I would also like to acknowledge the receptionist, Itzel. She was incredibly welcoming and kind while I was waiting in their lobby. She made me feel at ease and had me laughing throughout our conversations. It’s rare to find a shop that combines exceptional work with outstanding customer service. They certainly lived up to both expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs, particularly hail damage.
