This place has been part of our family for years, and they’ve consistently taken care of every car we’ve brought in with professionalism and care. Most recently, my sister’s car was stolen, and it was an incredibly stressful situation. By the time we got there to speak with Luis, he was already on top of everything and handling it. That level of initiative and dedication truly sets them apart. The team is fast, reliable, and the quality of their work is simply AMAZING. When we picked up the car, it honestly looked like a brand new vehicle. Luis, the manager, is exceptional—he explains everything clearly, is extremely knowledgeable, and carries himself with such humility. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I had to fix my car after accident. After some research I chose Parkville and it was right decision. I had an amazing experience there. Everybody there is super friendly and positive. Alex took care about my car, all the time he was super communicative and all the repairing process went smooth and stress-free. From the moment I dropped off my car, I was kept informed about the repair progress, which I really appreciated.
