Does unprofessional work. Puts a bandage on a $2000.00 job. Also if they tell you they fixed the emission issue and took it already for test and it passed. Take your car to a more reputable mechanic. All they did was patch it up to pass the emission at that moment. Be very careful of this place.
View on GoogleMe and my friend (both 18) were in IL for a concert had our car break down 500 miles from home and it was really really urgent to get it fixed on the same day!! All the other auto shops around couldn’t even get it looked at but this place had the belt and alternator fixed in under three hours. The guys were super nice and honest with us and the car ran smoothly the whole 6 hour drive home. This place was a life saver and if you want somewhere that can get it done fast and with honesty come here !!!!!
View on GoogleBrandon the front desk guy was very accommodating. My family and I got into an accident on the road had to get our car fixed and he was nice enough to let us know if the car has hope or it could be fixed, thankful that he gave us hope that the car can still run good. Even though the wait was long because of waiting for parts we didn't mind it since we weren't the only customers there but he was so kind enough that he made sure that we were still able to drive our car back to Canada. The whole team who fixed our van today, thank you very much for getting our van fixed. May God bless you all. The owner must be so good to deserve good staff.
View on GoogleDo not go here at all. They held my car for 2 months. Never fixed the problem themselves. They then offered to take my car to the dealership where the dealership was the place capable of fixing my car. This was also after I was calling for weeks asking for updates on my car. These people will dry to beat you out you money and suck you dry. Also they damaged my car on purpose, because the couldn’t beat me out my money. Take your car Some Where else!! I beg you!
View on GoogleI had a horrible experience. The person communicating diagnostics quoted a price much higher than it should be. Also he said they would be able to get the job done today, but then 6 hours later said he had to “special order the parts”. This is not true. Parts for Toyota Rav 4 are readily available. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager was not available. Extremely poor communication. Lying to the customer and charging much more than the service should cost. I will never be back. What a waste of time. Oh and to get nothing done, they charged 230 for diagnostics. I could have plugged it in at Autozone for free. Horrible experience.
