Crash Champions Collision Repair Alsip

My daughter’s vehicle was rear ended. Brought the car to the Alsip location because the Crestwood location did a decent job with a past repair. Alsip is closer to my house so I brought it there this time. The bumper was installed properly, thus the two stars. Now on to the rest. Office staff had an attitude from the minute I walked in the door and kept telling me I was in the wrong location, I wasn’t. Walked out to the car with the appraiser. I explained that in addition to the rear end damage, the collision also caused an area that had rust on the rear fender to fall off. The bumper was pushed forward into the fender which knocked that section off. He said he’d check with my insurance company. Fast forward a few weeks and go pick up the car. I not only find that the white color used does not match the rest of the car, they also left the hole in the fender. Crash Champions never contacted me once to tell me it wasn’t being covered. I was shocked. I called my insurance company who told me the repair wasn’t covered because the appraiser at Crash Champions said it wasn’t caused by the crash. Thanks buddy! The bumper also had black scuffs on it when I picked it up and had to return to the shop to buff them out. I would not recommend this location! They never did ask me to leave a review and I received no satisfaction survey. I wonder why?!? Well, figured I’d leave one anyway.

My car was here for replacement of a couple of body parts, as well as some inner adjustments after a minor collision. Everything went very well. A couple of new parts needed painting, and they appear to match the rest of the finish on a car that is over eight years old. There was a small delay of a day or two, due to their receiving one part late, but obviously this was out of their control. Great work!

I had damage to my vehicle on the rear end and was of course upset. I through my insurance brought my vehicle to the Crash Champions location in Alsip. From the start both Caleb and Cecilia were AWSEOME and worked with me and my insurance to insure that I was able to check my vehicle in in a timely manner. They were very reassuring and I got frequent text updates all along the way which eased my nerves lol as well as always were willing to answer any questions I had. Now as far as my vehicle is concerned when I came to pick it up the day they called to let me know she was ready as I pulled up it was outside and I IMMEDIATELY noticed that the damage was nonexistent and it looked as great as it did before the accident. Both inside and out I could tell that the Crash Champs team not only did an exceptional job for the damage on my car but they also took GREAT CARE with my car otherwise. I am very please with the entire team from the front desk to the guys that in the garage took care of my baby....I mean my car lol thank you so much again Crash CHAMPS. The service I have experience at this location. I will never go back there again. They order parts for your car and it's the wrong part. I head of a Audi bumper. They order a Mercedes bumper. So I had to keep my Renault another week longer than expected, and they didn't want to pay for the. Rental out-of-pocket to accommodate me which I didn't have the money to pay for it. So dislocation, when they make a mistake, they want you to pay for that mistake. They made

Casey, the manager kept me informed every step of the way. He was professional yet personable and I was treated with respect. The shop is clean and welcoming. Although I hope to never have to go back for work due to an accident, I won’t hesitate to come back to this location.
