This is my first review of Belle and I feel bad because I've had great service in the past with Rashea Gavin. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike. They are professional and speedy and price competitive. Whether you need new tires or tire repair(free:) Belle is where you should go.

He was very knowledgeable and assisted me in making my selection when buying a set of tires. What I appreciated was his professionalism and his non pressuring demeanor. He is an asset to your company.
View on GoogleMade an appointment online and was given a price which I opted in the pay at the store when I arrived. Arrived to my appointment on time but was quoted I different price which was a $40 increase. Asked why that was and she said the rebate had ended even though I was able to book with that price and she wouldn’t stand by the original booking price. Then I go to pick up my car and asked if they performed my free alignment check that was included in my booking. She said no and that she can put me at the back of the line which would be another 2 hours even though I had an appointment. Then I presented a coupon for $40 off and she was fighting me on applying it saying I already had the student discount but it says nothing on their coupons about not being able to use 2 at the same time.
View on GoogleSantos was very helpful throughout the entire process. His approach felt like more of a consultation rather than a sales pitch. He helped me figure out what I needed for my car and nothing more. I recommend anyone to come to Belle Tire for their tire needs and ask for Santos!
View on GoogleMy TPM came on my dashboard and I was near Belle Tire. So I stopped in for their opinion. They advised a had a screw stuck in my right front tire and manager Mike said he would take care of the issue. He did and showed me the screw and fixed my tire at no charge! Their service was amazing and courteous. I definitely will go back to belle tire when I have to get tires! Well maintained and clean shop with friendly staff. I recommend belle tire to all needing tire related services!!!
