I cannot recommend Ivan and his team highly enough. I originally brought my vehicle in for front brakes, but during the inspection Ivan discovered that a critical bolt was completely missing on the driver’s side. For quite some time I had been hearing a clinking noise whenever I drove over bumps, and no one had been able to identify the cause. Ivan and his team took the time to investigate thoroughly, locate the problem, and make sure it was repaired correctly. What impressed me most was not just their knowledge and workmanship, but their honesty and integrity. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. The service didn’t stop when I left the shop. Ivan personally followed up afterward to make sure everything was running properly. That level of customer care is rare these days and speaks volumes about the kind of business he runs. If you’re looking for a mechanic who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers, this is the place to go.
