I had my X7’s brake rotors and pads replaced today, and the experience was outstanding. The entire service was completed in about the same amount of time I’d normally spend just waiting for an estimate at a dealership—anyone who’s been through that knows exactly what I mean. In terms of time savings, it was incredibly efficient. As for cost, I drove about 40 miles to get here, and I wouldn’t have made that trip if the savings weren’t worth it. They absolutely were. Keep up the great work! I’m very satisfied with the service and have already scheduled my next maintenance visit. See you next time!
