Schreiber Performance and tuning

We had a very favorable experience with Schreiber performance. Our low-mileage but ancient sports car clearly needed a good refreshing. Tom was quite experienced and knew the car well. Took my vehicle too tommy for a timing belt noise, Tommy didn't even diagnosis my car and just told me i needed new lifters which i did not need. Tommy proceeded to charge me a bunch of money and he didn't even fix my issue. Tommy has a bad attitude and threatened to call the cops on me and show up at my house if i leave a bad review. I would urge everyone to take your vehicle elsewhere

Owning an Evo is already crazy but finding a mechanic that loves Evo’s just as much or even more than you is next to impossible. So when I stumbled upon Tom’s Shop I was of course very skeptical. I was also in a rut and had no choice but to get work done, luckily he was in the neighborhood which made things way easier. So I dropped my car off with Tom and trusted him to fix my Rear Differential, along with some Exhaust work and his tune. Tom was not only very communicative along the entire journey but he went above and beyond. New hardware, Full rebuild, cleaned the entire vehicle, serviced all my fluids, double checked every inch and even created a game plan for what needs to be done going forward. I couldn’t have been happier with the results. My Evo X sounds and drives like a beast, feels brand spanking new. You’d be a fool not to trust Tom with your Evo. Thanks again man, can’t wait to bring the car back for future modifications!!

Awesome shop and customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable and went beyond my needs. Since the moment I took my car I was welcomed, explain my situation and budget. Not really knowing anything about cars but Tommy was patient and explain everything that needed to be done and how much the cost would be. Wonderful customer service from the moment I made the appointment, during the work process and all the way at the end when it was time to pick up my car. Definitely recommend this place!

Unprofessional and rude over the phone, if you look at his reply’s to reviews it’s the same on here. Simply don’t do business with people like this. Edit: yeah that’s not how Libel or defamation law works, I have every right to leave a google review for an interaction over the phone with your shop (even without a purchase at your shop). You legally would need to prove defamation or libel, and unfortunately for you, you have countless review response from your business account that would be considered as being rude or condescending responses. Not to mention the fact you actually have multiple reviews saying the same thing as I, of customers calling YOU “rude, or “hostile”. Putting people’s personal financial business on a google review actually is illegal and in violation of googles policies. Something you have done on one of your responses. You refuse to show responsibility for your poor business practice by saying “anyone with half a brain can clearly see this is a fake account” in multiple reviews to those that leave one star. You want to take this review to litigation? We can take this to litigation, and I will quite literally dog walk you across a civil court room, while you pay for my lawyer fees because you don’t have a case. To use your words and language, any lawyer with half a brain would never represent you and would tell you, that YOU have NO case. Own up to your bad business practices. Additionally I have committed no crime. What are you prosecuting me for? For exercising my first amendment right to freedom of speech? Prosecution is what takes place in a criminal court room, so please tell me how you intend to “prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law”. You are as uneducated as you are rude, and I am ashamed that I served my country in the army to be disrespected by someone like you over the phone and online. Your business should be shutdown and boycotted.
