I appreciate their honesty, quality workmanship, timeliness, and overall positive attitude. I was treated with respect and they were patient when explaining what work was needed and why. If you wait for the work to be done, they provide a nice, clean waiting room and restrooms. Abraham consistently demonstrates excellent customer service. Salazars is a great small business to support!!

I’ve taken to my vehicle to get serviced here twice and both times I left feeling like I just picked up a brand new vehicle from the dealership. They’re honest, professional and give out reasonable prices. Adam and another man (whose name I can’t recall unfortunately) assisted me both times and were pleasant to talk to, friendly and answered all my questions with confidence and accuracy. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here to get serviced! Best Autoshop I’ve been to yet.

On Tuesday had the oil changed and they recommended brakes and front suspension work. Took the vehicle back on Thursday and had all of it completed. Absolutely no squeak or grind in the brakes. I liked their approach - text reminders, text follow-up; up front description of work needed / to be done with identified costs all in writing. Very clean facility; Adam was very personable, professional and with great communication skills. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work they did. Drove away with confidence in the repairs.

New customer- old 2009 160,000 Kia Rondo making unusual noises and suspected power steering issues. Easy to schedule online and could get in quicker than my current mechanic. I found out about them from an ad in the mail and discovered they were not that far away from my home. Everything went great! I liked that they don’t have a VISA credit card surcharge (most mechanics and dealerships charge this these days and have 3 year /36,000 mile warranty for work done. - The initial inspection report was very thorough and came via text with photos of items that needed asap /red work that needed to be done and educational video attached on how the part works for your car. Car was done in time promised. Adam was great to work with; friendly, professional, patient to my concerns and questions. prompt and fast communication via text or phone call. Also the waiting area at the shop is spacious, tidy and comfortable , even bottled water coffee and treats offered! Finally, what I really appreciated the most and no other mechanic has done for me before was a follow up text a couple days later asking if everything was going ok with the car. Will be bringing my car here for next service and see how much they can help extend the life out of my oldie but goodie car!

First visited for an oil change. Was recommended to do rear brakes and drive belt. I said no to that service and there was no pressure. Got the quote though. Ended up going back here to get that work done also. Very friendly and professional. No nonsense. Everything done well and timely. While I was waiting for my oil change on the first visit I got to talking with a woman waiting on a truck being serviced. She said she manages a fleet and takes all her vehicles here. She made me feel a little more comfortable that this place must be doing something right. Will definitely use them again in the future.
