I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I should share my experience with Mr. Mo Auto and Collision Center to help others make an informed decision. I brought my car in for an A/C compressor repair and was charged $600. After the repair, my A/C still wasn’t working properly, and my car started making more noise than before. The vehicle stayed at the shop for two days, but I didn’t notice significant improvement beyond some minor adjustments. Later, a tire rotation error appeared on my dashboard, and I paid another $270 for follow-up work, but the issue persisted. I was very disappointed with the overall service quality and the outcome of the repairs. I also had a suspension replacement done here about a year ago and later learned that the installation might not have been performed according to standard procedure. Based on my experience, I do not feel confident returning for future service. I’m sharing this so others can be aware and take it into account when choosing an auto shop. Answer to your reply -- I am extremely disappointed with this response because it contains several statements that are simply not accurate. First, I was not given repeated “free” services. Every time work was performed on my vehicle, I paid. Describing it as goodwill or free diagnostics does not reflect my experience as a paying customer. Second, I did not visit “more than 10 times” for the same issue. I returned because problems continued after repairs were completed. In fact, some components were damaged or new issues appeared after prior work, which is the only reason I had to keep coming back and spending additional money. I also never asked anyone to “just turn off” a check engine light instead of repairing it. That is completely false. The check engine light has been intermittent, which can happen with many vehicles, but I never asked for shortcuts. Suggesting that I did is misleading. When my vehicle later broke down, I requested service because I had already invested money there and expected the issues to finally be resolved properly. After paying again, my AC compressor is still noisy and not functioning as it should. That is not an “unrealistic expectation.” It is a reasonable expectation after paying for repairs. I fully understand that older vehicles can have multiple underlying issues. However, that does not excuse incomplete repairs, recurring problems, or shifting blame onto the customer. Accountability and transparency are also part of operating with integrity. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. This review reflects what I personally experienced as a customer who paid for services and did not receive lasting results. And don't teach the lesson of honesty.

Just had my oil change and routine maintenance done at Mr. Mo's Auto Shop, and the service was outstanding. The work was amazing, clean, thorough, and done very quickly. My car was in and out faster than I expected, with everything running perfectly afterward. What I really appreciated was how non-pushy they are. No unnecessary upsells, just honest recommendations and straightforward service. Super reliable crew that clearly knows their stuff. I found these people by chance by Googling them and I am so glad that I did! They were phenomenal had incredible customer service. My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened to it. They were helpful and held my hand throughout the whole process, even washed it and brought it to my work so I didn’t have to go pick it up. I couldn’t say more nice things about this company and working with them. They sent me pictures along the way so I knew where everything was at. If you ever need your car fixed, take it to these guys, they are the best!!!

I brought my car here for repairs, but the experience was disappointing. The mechanic used low‑quality parts that made my car run worse than before, and I wasn’t informed about the part quality beforehand. I expected professional work, but the results didn’t meet that standard. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience. Reply - Claiming you have no record of me does not change the fact that I have payment proof under your business name. I am prepared to provide documentation if necessary. Rather than attempting to discredit my review, it would be more professional to address the concern honestly. Accountability builds trust — denial does not.

I had a disappointing experience with this auto repair shop. I brought my car in for what should have been a simple repair, but it ended up taking much longer than promised. The communication was poor — I had to keep calling for updates, and the final cost was higher than the original estimate without a clear explanation. The staff were rude and unprofessional plus the lack of transparency and delays left me frustrated. I won’t be returning and hope they improve their customer service.
