I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for what should have been a simple paddle shifter replacement, but things went downhill quickly. Right from the start, the owner was rude and made it very clear that the price was $150 and not to negotiate, which felt unprofessional. The installation itself took about 3 hours, which already seemed excessive. After finishing, he called me over and told me there was now a transmission warning light on my car—something that was definitely not there before I arrived. Instead of taking any responsibility, he blamed the brand-new paddle shifters I brought, saying they were faulty. He then told me it would cost DOUBLE to remove them and return the car to stock. After saying all of that, he came back and suddenly said he could actually fix the issue—but still insisted on charging me double anyway. That made no sense, especially since the problem only started after his work. If he wasn’t confident in installing the parts correctly, he should have just been upfront about it instead of creating a bigger issue and then trying to charge more to fix it. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not trust this place with my vehicle again.

I brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia in with a brake/IBS issue. They took the job (credit for that), but everything else was a mess: a month of delays while my car sat on the street, a hidden $75 parking ticket, 76 miles put on my car, rude treatment, filthy interior, and a padded “diagnosis” bill that left the brakes locked in service mode. Last straw: they hid the parking ticket until after I’d paid in full. The problem (short): Brake failure/IBS fault. I authorized diagnosis. After their “diagnostic,” the car was left in Brake Service Mode with all four wheels locked, making even towing difficult without a full lift. -What I give them credit for (+*) +5* for taking the job at all. Many shops refuse Alfas; they agreed to work on it after I said I’d supply the correct used IBS unit myself. Why this is 1 star (everything below subtracts) Minus 1* Month-long delay & storage on the street They had my keys, yet the car sat outside on the street for over a month instead of on their lot. I had to drive over just to find out where it was. Minus 1* $75 ticket because the car was left on the street I later discovered a $75 parking ticket issued while the car was under their control. Minus 1* 76 miles driven — way beyond any reasonable test Odometer shows +76 miles after service. That’s not a “quick test drive.” (See photos.) Minus 1*No fuel after all those miles They returned the car with no fuel added after putting those miles on it. Minus 1* Dirty hands on a light interior + trash left inside My light interior was stained and the car had trash left in it. I then had to pay for interior cleaning. Minus 1* Rude attitude when I asked why my car was on the street When I came to ask what was going on, I was told, essentially, “If you don’t like it, take your keys and leave.” I couldn’t—because they didn’t know how to exit service mode on the brakes and refused to fix it. Minus 1* Hiding the ticket They removed the ticket from under the wiper and never told me about it until after I’d paid. That’s unacceptable. Costs & quote • $500 up front for “diagnosis.” After this, the car was undriveable due to the brakes locked in service mode. • They quoted $5,500 to replace the IBS because “we don’t want to deal with this car.” • I negotiated $1,500 labor only (I supplied the correct donor IBS—no programming needed). • Add $75 ticket, fuel they used over 76 miles, plus interior detailing I had to pay for. I didn’t run to write a review when I noticed the miles, the smell, and the mess inside. I didn’t write when I had to pay for cleaning. But learning later that the $75 ticket had been hidden from me was the last straw. Bottom line: They took the job (+★), but the way they handled my car and treated me erased any goodwill. One star. Do better.

I brought my 2018 Audi A4 needing a software systems update, transmission oil change, differential oil change. Kevin was upfront about everything and even accommodating an early Saturday 7am appointment. I definitely recommend this place. I had a wonderful experience with Megan Auto! After a disappointing experience at the BMW dealership down the road, I brought my BMW here for repairs. They handled the oil filter housing, coolant module, and water pump assembly with excellent attention to detail. The pricing was extremely fair, and the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I took a vehicle here for a PPI and it was filled with water, not worth going through the full inspection. They pointed out the details to me and that the vehicle was not worth my time. Free of charge. Would definitely take another vehicle here if I am in the area again. Thanks.
