The repair staff has a deep knowledge base to handle all types of automotive repairs. I've been a customer for 30 years.
View on GoogleI have been going to this place my whole life. Just recently back in September of 2024, I bought a used car off by owner and had it inspected there. They told me this was a good buy, so I bought it. The interesting part is that Lewis told me they weren't going to charge me for an inspection so I don't have record of it. Interesting coincidence. Within a week, I started to feel the transmission slip and the car started shaking. I took it in and they ran the codes (not sure why they didnt run the codes in the first place) and the transmission was shot and had to be rebuilt costing me $4600. The shaking of the car was due to worn motor mounts and I had worn joint arms in the front. They told me the brakes looked good. Within 12,000 miles, the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. To give you an idea of how gentle I am on my brakes, with my last car, I had it for 8 years and never needed to have a brake job. I live in TN now and they visually inspected all of this. I guess my question is how these mechanics can visually see all of this but Krage's could not. This vehicle turned into a money pit. After this, I will never go back. I used these guys my whole life. I guess all I can say is if you are buying a car by owner, don't let these guys inspect the car- they obviously do not do a good. First terrible experience with them and my last experience all together.

View on GoogleI have been going to Krage Service Center in Addison, IL. for at least 10-12 years(may be more) and never regretted. It started off as filling up gas, then oil changes, as it was very near from my work place. The staff (Richard, Kevin, Luis and all) have always been friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. Recently, they attended to our situation promptly (my daughter was traveling and needed a new ignition switch). They took care of it in a day and my daughter was on her way back without any worries. Very happy with the experience. Great service as always.
