I brought my gmc sanoma truck in for a water pump a couple months ago, it's not my usual shop but they were a block away and had great reviews on Google so it seemed like a good idea. I was charged 1770.00 for the pump and a new belt. It was the highest estimate I got but it's my work truck and I needed it done. Admittedly I had no idea what parts cost or if that was a fair price. I was at work so I had someone else pick my truck up when it was done. A couple days later I started driving it and it was squealing pretty bad so I called them up and took it back in. They told me it was a bad tensioner (I think that's what it's called) and charged me another 150.00. I'm not a mechanic but I'm kinda sure you have to loosen and retighten that to get the belt off and back on, it wasn't making any noise before I took it in and they apparently didn't notice it when they started it and double checked the work (or atleast I hope they would). I picked it up, paid again and parked it as I was in the hospital for awhile. Now I'm driving it again for work and it makes a terrible popping sound from the belt assembly and due to the cost of life lately I can't afford to take it to another shop. I definitely wouldn't recommend them if you don't have money to fix the aftermath, but one of the guys was really nice and we even had a few laughs. I don't like to do negative reviews but I wish I would have gotten a heads up ahead of time.

Daniel and Keith run a top notch facility. I appreciated their honesty and their knowledge about different questions I had about my truck. Most times I do all my own work but with winter here working in the cold was not something I wanted to do. American Eagle is by far one of the best experiences with a repair shop I have had in my lifetime. Definitely recommend them for any of your vehicle needs. Thanks Fellas!!

I brought my SUV in because it wouldn't start. They quickly determined the problem was the alternator and quoted me a fair price to replace it. They had my car fixed and ready for me within 24 hours. I am very pleased with the quick, professional service and my car is running very well. I will definitely use their services in the future.
