I moved to Mountain Home in September 2025 and faced a major automotive emergency in December. After researching the many five-star shops in town, I chose Tri-County Repair, and it was the best decision I could have made. My vehicle required extensive repairs, and while it took time, the duration was appropriate for the scale of the damage. The team was exceptionally professional and congenial throughout the entire process. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company (to replace the entire wiring harness) and ensured there were zero surprise costs at the end. It is a great environment and they’ve earned my trust as my new go-to shop. Highly recommend!

They were very upfront and honest about the pricing and work that needed to get done, and got everything done ahead of schedule which was amazing. Great customer service too. My only 2 complaints and the reason I didn't give 5 stars: they left my car outside for a couple days and now there's little dark spots in the paint, and they would tell me they were going to call the next day with an update and then wouldn't call. So most of the time I would just call them myself, which isn't a big deal but it is something to be aware of. Overall though, great work and great service.

Had a great experience at this shop. Walked in and they took the time to do a full inspection of my vehicle, quickly identified the issue with my engine, and fixed it without any hassle. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and professional everyone was—they explained everything clearly and treated me with a lot of respect. On top of that, they didn’t charge me anything, which honestly surprised me. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely looks out for people like that. I left feeling taken care of and confident in their work. Definitely recommend anyone in the area to check them out—especially if you’re around Mountain Home Air Force Base!

We were camping at CJ Strike and both of our motorhome house batteries went bad. Tri County repair was able to replace and install them in a relatively short period of time so I could get back to camping with our group. All of the personnel from the front desk to the technicians were welcoming and very helpful and got me back on the road.
