This dealership is great! I can't suggest them enough. They listen to your needs and balance it with how much you can afford. The manager Scott is very accommodating and has heart. He is like a parent who thinks about your future and finds the best deal for your current situation. Really, 5 stars is not enough for my rating. Highly suggested!!!

From reading reviews, the owner’s responses for dishonest “prizes” and getting their scam mailers, I would give them 0 stars if I could. In the world we’re in right now, the thought of winning some money at no cost to you could greatly impact financial stress. Sic and twisted to make people think that they won just to lure them in and try to buy or sell them a car. Preying on people who may need the money isn’t marketing. It’s taking advantage of people’s hardships. We were in the market for a new car relatively soon but based on reviews and the unprofessional responses, we will not be giving this place our business and will be telling our friends and family to avoid this place at all costs.

In The middle with these guys. Pretty knowledgeable but very young. Fixed on what they have experienced in life as to what they think cause of problems are for your vehicle. Being young and having limited experiences limits your overall understanding. They need just a few more years under their belt and they will see that problems dont always fit a stereo type. Causes of issues in a vehicle can often be something completely different than what you have seen before. Step outside the box and realize you are always right. And accept customer input.

This is a review regarding a used car purchase from Thrifty. Please read before considering buying here. I just purchased a Tundra from Thrifty. We were in a negotiating window for 5 days because a 3rd party mechanic found an oil leak when I first saw the truck. Bret McDonald promised to have his team fix it and test for leaks before selling it. He also promised that if I found there was still a leak within the first week of owning it, he would take it back or fix it. I also spoke with Nick, the service lead for Thrifty. I asked Bret and Nick to confirm there were no oil leaks and that they had inspected the cam towers for leaks. They purported to do multiple checks and that there was no more leaks, and that the cam towers specifically were leak free. After all this happened, I purchased the vehicle and quickly noticed that I still smelled burning oil. I also got a check engine light 5 days in. had a mechanic inspect it 5 days after buying and they found that BOTH cam towers are leaking, and the check engine light is due to wiring harness malfunctions, and it was a wiring harness Thrifty had worked on. The repair bill is over $6K. I called Bret and Thrifty because I wanted him to fix the issues or take back the truck as he had promised. Bret was defensive and denied all liability, and then hung up on me before we had really had the chance to talk through resolutions. Thrifty has to this point broken every promise and agreement we made when negotiation, and has also proven that they and their service team are either lied to me or are incompetent (or both). I am asking Thrifty to keep their word and work with me to resolve this but so far am not getting a response. I am working with an attorney and have submitted complaints to the BBB and the state of Idaho. If you are looking for used vehicles, please go somewhere else and work with someone who will be honest with you and keep their word to you.

Don't trust these people. I won a thousand dollar in cash (no purchases nesscary) as shown in picutres and they handed me this certificate instead. If they can't be honest their cars must be filled with auto issues and hidden payments. I will never shop here and I'll be sure to tell everyone. Unreliable and untrust worthy people. In reply to the companies response. None of that information was listed in the flyer. It is not my problem your insurance says that. You created and put this false advertising in my mail. It says I won as it says and I expect my cash prize.
