I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The service is lacking, and their practices are questionable. I brought my Ford Fusion in only for a diagnostic because my warranty required one before they could approve any repairs. The shop told the warranty company that I needed a whole new engine, and quoted $11,000 for the replacement which is ridiculous considering the car isn’t even worth that much. So, of course, the warranty said no. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me quote on quote “While we were removing the spark plugs, one of them broke. You can either pay us $750 to extract and replace it, or take the car as-is on a trailer since it’s no longer drivable. If you pay us to fix it, we’ll waive the diagnostic fee.” Now, I don’t know about you, but being told I have to pay for something they broke is just unacceptable. We tried for a week to talk to them about it. We asked if we could take pictures to assess the damage they refused coming up with excuses of why we can't. We also asked to speak with a manager to see if they would fix what they damaged. They kept going back and forth, first saying it was fixed, then saying it wasn’t. It was a total headache. To make matters worse, when we finally got the paperwork, it stated that the car didn’t even need a new engine just a new gasket. So now you’re telling me you were just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of the warranty company? That’s not right. Overall, this experience was horrible. We ended up just paying for the diagnostic and taking the car back. I’ll be posting photos of the damage they caused now that we’ve finally been able to inspect it ourselves. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. This place seems more focused on draining your wallet than actually fixing your vehicle. From what I can tell they likely tightened the spark plug instead of loosening it, realized they were turning the wrong way only after it snapped then telling me it was crossed threaded and attempted to make me pay for their mistake. This is coming from my 7 years as a mechanic.
