We cannot say enough good things about N&M Diesel. We were traveling from Missouri to Washington State when our truck suddenly started blowing black smoke and lost a significant amount of power, about the worst thing that can happen while you’re on the road. Even though it was a Saturday evening after hours, he answered his phone and took the time to walk my husband through a few checks over the phone. From that conversation alone, he knew the truck needed to be seen in person. We were still about four hours away, so we grabbed a hotel and he met us Sunday morning, even though he was closed. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the EGR, fixed it efficiently, and got us safely back on the road. What really stood out was how informative and generous he was with his knowledge. He explained things clearly, gave great advice about diesel trucks, and genuinely cared about helping us, not just fixing the immediate issue. His pricing was more than reasonable, especially considering he gave up his Sunday to help strangers passing through. Honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly kind. If you’re looking for a diesel mechanic you can trust, N&M Diesel is the real deal. We’re beyond grateful.

My 1996 Ford F-250 XLT Diesel started running really rough and Nick was able to figure out the issue quickly and got my truck back to me within three days. Also when I came to pickup the truck he showed me the parts that had gone bad and explained it to me, very honest and helpful. My truck runs better than before now, if I have any issues with my truck in the future I will be bringing it to N&M Diesel. Thank you N&M for your hard work in getting me back on the road.

After dropping my dually off I found out I had to leave for work much sooner than anticipated. Nick arranged for my truck to be repaired ASAP and diagnosed my non urgent 4 wheel drive issue.
