The guys at the desk were great. I took my truck in on Saturday for an alignment. I was told their "best of the best" came in on his day off to do it. I left and it was not right and I immediately let them know and was told to bring it back on Monday. I bring it back on Monday and sit around and wait for it. When I left it still wasn't right and I immediately let them know. I ended up in Twin Falls the following week at Point S tire and had them look at it. The bolts on the tie rods weren't tightened so the sleeve was loose and that is why the alignment was not right. I truly don't even think MHAR looked at it and if they did how they missed that I have no idea. Total waste of my time. Definitely will not be going back there. And yes they did give me my money back for the alignment, but still doesn't cover my time or fuel for them to not do the job right twice

The service department! 6/5 Stars! John, Cam, and brand new Brady! Amazing individuals! I was new to town and a college student, my car starts to have problems ($4000 worth of problems...) and these guys came right in and helped me out while working through my car insurance. They answered all of my questions and walked me through the process with check ins on the progress of my vehicle. I was driving a U-Haul around town for a week or two, but as soon as there was a loaner car available, they put me it in with no charge. Believe me, my car has had more than a fair share of problems, but I have never been treated so respectfully and positively than I have here at the Auto Ranch. I have so much praise to give to the service department for working on my vehicle for over a month and helping every time I pop back into their office. I am never left feeling that they do not care or I am inconveniencing them in any way. I highly recommend the Auto Ranch for their outstanding service department and team. Huge kudos to them!

I bought a 2014 GMC double cab 1500 I gave them 7000 down cash on the vehicle I've had it for 20 months never late on a payment or anything was wanting to get into a bigger 1500 possibly a lease vehicle they did not give me the time or day to work with me very poor business but thanks for twin falls Chevrolet here in twin falls Idaho they took my trade in for me give me what I needed for it and got into a brand new 2026 lease I think mountain home Auto ranch is nothing but a rip off bad customer service never buy from them again here's the picture of the 2014 very nice truck but I can't believe after giving them $7,000 cash 20 months ago they would not even work with me or give me a decent price to get me into a lease they knew I was totally upside down in what the truck was worth but twin falls Chevrolet almost got me what I owed on it pay off ! and got me into a lease with the same payment

So here’s how it went down: I’ve been thinking about getting a new truck for a few months now (translation: watching rates, tariffs, and prices like I’m suddenly an economist with a PhD in “overthinking”). My girlfriend, bless her, has been nodding and smiling through all my truck talk until she finally hit me with, “While you’re in town, go see MHAR. I know a few of them there and they’ll take care of you.” Now, I’ll be honest… I thought, “Yeah sure, that’s what everyone says.” But just to test the theory, I dragged her with me. Good thing too—because she strutted in there like she already owned half the dealership and immediately got greeted like a VIP. Meanwhile, I’m standing there like the sidekick in my own story. Enter Holly—friendly, sharp, and clearly knew her stuff. She helped us narrow down the right truck without making me feel like I was failing some kind of pop quiz. Then we met Mike, and let me tell you, the man made the whole thing quick, easy, and treated me like family. None of that high-pressure nonsense—just straight-up good people. So, if you’re out there shopping for a new truck or car and want to skip the headache, MHAR is the place. Just make sure you bring my girlfriend with you—apparently she comes with VIP access. Highly recommend.

I've been there 3 times. The first time was fine. I made the mistake of letting you replace my intake air filter and cabin air filter without checking. My bad, that was $100 mistake. What's the shop charge per hour? How long does it take to replace any filter? Again, my mistake. The last time, the third time, I was scheduled at noon, when everyone goes to lunch. No biggie, the salesman did his best. Unfortunately the tech did not. I had a sneaking suspicion so I checked under the hood. The air filter housing wasn't latched, the fuse box wasn't in place and the wire harness thats used for updates was hanging on top of the engine. Oh, don't let me forget that your guys again tried up selling me air filters. Since the air box wasn't secured it was easy to check, what do you know, the filter was fine! That's why you received one star sir. I apparently made the mistake of believing that since this was a dealership that the people working here would take their job more seriously. Lesson learned. Now I go to this great little spot off of overland and Cole where they show me everything as they go, all the while I hang out in my car. They show me everything. There's no questioning the service because I can see it.
