I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Kawasaki Ridge, thanks to Jeff and Matt. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the machine and took the time to answer all my questions. View on GoogleMy pickup went in 5 weeks ago for a filter, they had to order from the manufacturer, yes 5 weeks ago, have tried multiple times to call, they do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, all I'm asking for is an update and I cant even get that. I understand they are busy, but come on and make an effort to please a customer. All of the Auto Ranch Dealers have lost my business for good. Update: I finally got my pickup back, Mountain Home Auto Ranch still never called, Ontario Auto Ranch Chrysler Dodge Jeep picked it up and never called when it was back, then lost it on their lot for a while, these people will never touch another vehicle of mine again, what a joke this place has become.
View on GoogleBrought my vehicle in for a possible transmission issue. Exactly one year ago I was forced to have MHAR completely replace the transmission when it completely went out with zero warning a few miles away. With the two year unlimited warranty of course brought back despite living over hour away. While I greatly appreciate the loaner vehicle, being charged $184 for just bringing my car in is offensive! No work done, no disclosure when I called in, nothing! Not until *they had my car* was I told $184 due! SHADY! As a customer with an unlimited warranty on work they did, this is not how you win repeat business! The problem turned out not the transmission. No problem. I solicited two other estimates for the repairs MHAR said needed, both new factory parts and recognized national chains. Both solicited estimates were the same price and well below MHAR - really emphasising how padded their markup is! Interestingly, when I asked for price to replace one of the 3 MHAR said needed (they had my car after all) there was only a minimal difference - like getting other two parts and labour for free! How crazy (or coincidental?) is that? Save yourself MHAR overly padded markups and shadiness - go elsewhere!

The guys at the dealership got my battery tested and replaced at no charge VERY quickly and at no charge to me. They got me in right away, fixed it fast and I left happy- can't ask for anything better than that!
