Amazing service! We were on our road trip to Utah when the ABS sensor warning and traction sensor began to go on and off. We pulled off at Mountain Home and the next morning were at Les Schwab. After a couple of hours comfortable wait (complete with popcorn and coffee to soothe the nerves) we were back on our way! The friendly mechanic diagnosed the issue (loose wire!) and after a quick fix (reattached!) sent us on our merry way without a charge for the diagnostic. Highly recommend this business and will return every time!

Jace, Robert, and crew were AMAZING! We were headed from Oregon to Wyoming and picked up a screw. It was after 4pm on a Saturday and we were back on the road well before 5. Not only did they patch the puncture but, they went one step farther and double checked and adjusted the other 3 tire pressures as well. Thanks again!

I’ve generally had good experiences with Les Schwab locations in other towns, but the Mountain Home store has consistently been subpar. Each visit seems to bring a new issue, and there is a noticeable lack of transparency. Verbal quotes are rarely accurate, and getting a straight answer is a challenge. At this point, I avoid even asking during checkout because I do not feel like I will get clarity. On multiple occasions, I’ve had problems with tire rotations. Once I left with lug nuts missing, and when I brought it up, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. Instead of addressing the mistake professionally, I was met with pushback. When they ordered a replacement lug nut, since the original could not be found, it arrived in the wrong size. After waiting again, the second one they ordered did not match either. It was much longer than the original, but I accepted it simply because it threaded on. I continue to use this location out of convenience, but nearly every visit leaves me feeling like I am bothering the staff just by being there. I always try to be respectful, but the experience is wearing thin. At this point, I have lost trust in this store to provide reliable service. This is not personal toward any one employee. I simply expect better service, accountability, and professionalism from a company with Les Schwab’s reputation. Customers are not here to make life harder for staff. We are paying for your services and deserve clear communication and dependable results.

Blew a trailer tire coming into Mountain Home. Johnny helped me out and had me in and out in 20-30 minutes. Despite it being a busy Saturday, he offered to check the rest of the trailer tires and mount the spare back under the trailer. I felt like he went the extra mile for me to ensure we were good to go for the rest of our trip.

Went to Les Schwab in Mountain Home for the Full Service Full Synthetic Oil Change (~$112). Their website promises tire rotation, tire checks, brake/shock/front-end inspections, battery check, filters, wipers, etc.—all to keep you "safe on the road." Paid, got my keys back with zero explanation or debrief from the technicians. When I asked about the other services, the front desk lady looked confused and wide-eyed, like she had no idea what I was talking about, then just said "inspection?" The paperwork only noted: "oil change done today, recommend next service in 5000 miles." Nothing about any inspections, rotation, or checks performed.I basically paid $120 for an oil change. Felt like false advertising.
