We had a tire blow out on the freeway and called les schwabb only to find out they couldn't help us. When we called En Route he was knowledgeable and understanding and made it out to us quickly to service our truck. Then we got to the shop they were able to replace all of our trucks tires in a timely and expertly manner as well as notify us of any other details they noticed. We would definitely recommend having En Route help if needed!

My experience with En Route exceeded my expectations. I arrived expecting to purchase a couple of used tires that would get me safely home. I was presented with several solutions to address my tire needs. Each of my questions and concerns were met because they took the time to cultivate a relationship with me. They did more than that little extra detail we've all sorta come to expect from local businesses. They cared about themselves and their community. That stood out. And I'm glad I bought my tires there. The entire experience was a value for me.
