It turned out to be a quick fix and when we returned to pick it up Roger waived the charges. How fantastic is that? The customer service was already great. Very knowledgeable about what was going on. I recommend them highly.

They had an same day opening that day. I showed up for the appointment and was greeted warmly and taken care of from the moment I entered. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go back to Roger's again in the future. Update from 3/6/26 I've now taken my F150 in gor new tires and was once again completely satisfied with their work and the price for a new set of tires.
