So grateful we found K&R! They have worked on all of our cars and we’ve found them to be the best price and the best service in the valley! I also appreciate how they take the time to talk with my teen son about his car and what they’re doing on it and what to look for etc. 100% recommend for all repairs big or small!
View on GoogleWe were stranded in our 2014 Ford F150 on a random Wednesday in October. After a Meridian Ford Dealership told us it would be eight days until they could promise to look at it. We called K&R and they told us they could run the codes the same day. They did, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and by 11am the next day our car was ready to go. The owner was transparent, knowledgeable and the repair cost was fair. If your paying withing credit or debit card you will pay the 3.5% CC processing fee.
View on GoogleK&R was literally my saving grace! I took my car into Christian brothers and sons and they wanted to charge me $900 for an oil pan change! K&R immediately let me know that they would take a look at it anytime, and tell me what they can see. He was amazing on the phone, and I was able to book my appointment within the week. They even let me take it in on Friday and they parked it outside for me on Saturday when they were closed so I could pick it up. They went above and beyond for me and after going to three different mechanics this was the best price I got! These guys know what they’re talking about, don’t rip you off, and do a hell of a job! I highly recommend!!!!!
View on GoogleI was so tired of getting treated badly and being overcharged at other repair shops/Dealership service centers. I learned about K&R by a word of mouth referral from a coworker. She said she doesn't trust her car with anyone else. I recently had a terrible experience with Peterson Chrysler Buick service center. Unfortunately my saga with them is not over because (as I suspected) they did a poor job with the transmission replacement they did on my vehicle causing issues with the steering rack/steering column. I'll be taking my vehicle back to them to fix the mess they created... after that though. I'll ONLY be going to K&R. It's hard to find a repair shop that is professional, HONEST, knowledgeable and even kind. Ken did not charge me for looking at my vehicle and determining the shoddy work done. Truly a great company. I will be telling all my friends and family that this place should be their new repair shop. Thanks K&R for being the gold standard of what an auto repair shop SHOULD be! Cannot say enough good things.

Had an unexpected issue with my alternator and battery, and after calling all around town, k&r provided me with the best quote (they were as much as 40% cheaper than the highest bid!). Customer service wise, they were absolutely fantastic! Very chipper, and did exactly what they said they would in a timely fashion. Could not be happier, and will certainly use them again if I have car issues again.
