I took my Jeep in to double-check my work a couple days later and to have the guys give everything a once-over and an early oil change for good measure. Jeremy and Justin were a blast to chat with, got the work done swiftly, and talked to me like I was the competent gal that I am. I often get a long list of "extra" things to be replaced when I go in for service. Glad I know about this place now going forward.

I called around 11 AM because my 2013 Ford C-Max needed new brakes and tires, and he was able to get everything done the same day—by 3 PM. That alone impressed me. What really stood out, though, was how transparent and thorough he was. He brought me back to show me how bad the rotors were and explained exactly why they needed to be replaced, which gave me real peace of mind. No guessing, no pressure just honest communication.
