This was my second visit to John's Auto Care and the team here is superb. I took my 2013 GS350 in for her 120k service and they completed everything I asked for and then some. When I lived in NY, the Lexus dealership there straight up refused to service my transmission fluid with claims that it was a "sealed" transmission with "lifetime" fluid that should never be touched. I've been battling this issue for years with numerous shops turning me down and the team at John's Auto Care finally put an end to it. They serviced my trans, both differentials, and a few other items with care. They paid for my ride home when dropping off the car and even gave me a loaner vehicle when they couldn't finish the work the same day with no extra charge. I trust this shop more than I trust any dealership and highly recommend anyone that cares about their car to give this shop a shot. They know what they're doing here.

I was traveling through Boise and needed an oil change. I called John’s auto service and told them I had limited time. They got me in very quick. The staff made feel like I had been bringing my truck there for years. Very professional and friendly.

I googled Jaguar mechanics and John’s auto care center came up with very high reviews so I Stopped in and made an appointment and they Ran a diagnostic on my car checked it out and let me know I needed a new radiator explained the situation gave me a quote. I left the car there they called as soon as it was finished, and I was very pleased with the customer service and how my car is running I would highly recommend John’s auto care center. They are very customer service oriented and knowledgeable and can Answer your questions on the spot. I noticed they had many customers coming in in the interaction was always positive.

View on Google0 stars would be more than appropriate, sad to say, they have been the shop I've used for about 3 years. On 1/6 I dropped off my car for diagnostic, the quote is attached. I decided to get quotes from other shops using their information and the most cost effective one came back at just under $3300, the next affordable was around $3500. I contacted John's again they said he didn't know how they were coming back so cheap and also told me point blank that my car was not drivable, the timing chain could break at any time and the car was running rough and miss firing. I decided to take it to another shop to have another diagnostic ran, the other shop couldn't get it to come up with the same codes and looked into the timing chain, made a few suggestions, and I ended up with just an oil change. Buyer Beware, please get a second quote and physically take it to another shop. I would recommend to only use John's for oil changes and simple maintenance.
