Excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The crew was sharp, efficient, and clearly well trained. Caleb took great care of me and mentioned he’s been with the company for 30 years. That level of tenure shows in how smoothly everything runs. During the oil change, they noticed a crack in my windshield, ran my insurance, and had it repaired while the service was being completed. Something I had put off for months was handled seamlessly in a single visit. They cleaned my floorboards, offered coffee while I waited, and walked me through upcoming service needs without any pressure or sales tactics. Professional, thorough, and genuinely customer focused. One of the best service experiences I’ve had.

I’m honestly at a loss of words. I brought my 2019 Dodge Caravan in for a transmission fluid service and within about two weeks my wife stated that it started making a weird noise. We continued to drive it for a couple more weeks and the noise started to get progressively worse after finally taking it into a mechanic we found out that the transmission pump had started to fail. This was done due to an improper service. We are now having to come up with $6000 to replace a transmission and the vehicle has roughly 55,000 miles on it. I am baffled that I’m replacing a transmission on this level of miles and I am deeply upset that I let them convince me to get the transmission service there instead of a transmission shop. I would’ve called to try to sort this out with them, but was told they’re very difficult to work with and will just defer blame. I still think they do a good job for oil changes. That’s why I left two stars instead of one star, but they failed me on this service most definitely. This is an extreme expense and hardship on our family. Good for lots of little stuff but don’t let them touch your transmission.
