I'm new to the area and took my Jaguar in for it's first non dealership oil change 3 days ago. I wanted to save some money while supporting a local business. This place had great reviews and mentioned on their website that they work on European vehicles. I was nervous, as it's the first nice vehicle I've owned so I searched everywhere to see if not taking to the dealer would be worth it. Great price (way better than other places I called) and they didn't make me feel pressured to do anything extra, which as a woman, is always a worry when taking your car somewhere to get serviced. They told me she looks great and no worries on anything. I trust they will take care of my car that I love very much and baby lol so I will be back for sure! Josh helped me out at the front and was so nice! Thank you techs who work hard and to the whole team! :)

I've trusted our vehicles in Heritage Auto's care for many years. They are fairly priced, reliable and they don't push services that aren't needed. Each person I work with takes the time to communicate the suggested vs necessary repairs with a detailed report and pictures. It's good to know I have mechanics I can trust whenever my vehicles need help.

I was visiting from out of state. My 2018 Tahoe's AC wasn't working since my local dealer worked on my cooling system. I suspected they sabotaged it to make additional money. I took it to a local shop trying to get it serviced before I left and their AC service machine failed to work. So I traveled w/o AC. Heritage took my Tahoe in right away on the Friday before the Memorial weekend. They diagnosed it quickly, determined there were no leaks or failed equipment. They called me to report their findings and I approved getting the system recharged. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. They gave me a ride back to where I was staying so they could start work immediately. They called me to let me know that it was finished the same day. Their service was exemplary. Thank you Heritage you saved my vacation.

My father-in-law recommended this shop to us based on a previous experience when my husband had brought his truck here about 3–4 years ago and received excellent service. Unfortunately, I cannot say we have had the same experience. Last Friday, my husband and I spoke with a representative and brought in our vehicle for a diagnostic review. After the diagnosis, we were quoted approximately $1,600 in an urgent repair. At that time, we were told the turnaround would be roughly 48 hours, with the expectation that the vehicle would be completed no later than Wednesday afternoon of the following week. Based on that timeline, we dropped the vehicle off Friday evening, and half of the payment was immediately taken at that time. However, from that point forward, communication and service became extremely frustrating. Rather than receiving proactive updates, my husband had to repeatedly call just to check the status of the vehicle. Each time, we were told the shop was understaffed or that no one had gotten around to working on it yet. This was especially concerning considering payment had already been partially processed the day we dropped the vehicle off on Friday. Another concern was the complete lack of documentation provided to us. The only information we ever received was a link containing photos of recommended maintenance and services. There was no formal invoice and no service authorization paperwork. For a repair costing over $1,600, I found this highly concerning. By Thursday, my husband had been informed that they had finally begun working on the vehicle [1.5 hr into 4.5hr estimate], only to discover that the shop itself had somehow misplaced an essential part needed to complete the repair?! This was incredibly frustrating because this delay could have been avoided with a more reliable intake process and proper verification of the parts and equipment required before beginning the repair. At that point, after nearly a full week of delays and poor communication, I personally called on today to get clarification since my husband had been the primary point of contact. During that call, I was interrupted by the representative while trying to ask/clarify reasonable questions regarding the cost, the delays, the missing part, and why we had never received a formal invoice, receipt for the initial payment, or any documentation requiring my signature authorizing the services. This was not adequately addressed. I was then told that although the missing part had been ordered on Thursday, it would not arrive until Monday, meaning the vehicle likely would not be completed until Tuesday evening. Since both my husband and I work professional full-time jobs and [me working 7 days a week], this creates another inconvenience because the shop is only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, making pickup difficult for working customers. I asked a follow-up question regarding labor costs. Specifically, because the delays, missing part, and lack of communication were all issues caused internally by the shop — not by us — I wanted clarification on labor hours being tracked and whether any adjustment would be made to the final bill given the circumstances. We wanted transparency regarding whether we were being charged projected labor or actual recorded labor time. This was also not addressed - I don't believe they could comprehend the question. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I have had. While delays happen, the lack of communication, poor internal organization, absence of documentation, and dismissive customer service made this process unnecessarily stressful. People rely on their vehicles to get to work, fulfill family obligations, and manage their daily lives. Delays like this can directly impact someone’s livelihood, and I felt that understanding the importance of that urgency was not at the forefront of this business’s customer service standards. only offering $100 discount and tried to offer the same discount with my friend A.D. (she had lower cost)

Heritage has serviced two of my vehicles for 5 years and have always been honest about repairs needed and have recommended that I hold off on certain maintenance due to possible warranty conflicts. Their work has always been done on time and professionally correct. Because of their honesty I gladly drive 9 miles out of my way to have them work on my vehicles!
