He worked with me to provide options on getting my Jeep repaired that saved me money and got it serviced and repaired as expected. Outstanding in every way. Driven Automotive is second to none. I have had to have 3 vehicles repaired in the course of just a few months. They were either quick to get me an appointment or quick to begin service the next day after having one of my cars towed in. On all 3 occasions the repairs were completed the same day that they began. The team there knows their stuff and truley care about getting you back on the road as quick and safely as possible. We have no reason to go anywhere else.

My 2002 Dodge PU needed a head gasket repair. Having been to a different auto shop for prior repairs, found the price higher than expected and so searched for a well respected shop. Thats how I found Driven. From my first phone conversation with Jason who was happy to explain everything I questioned, sent me the estimate detailing everything they would be doing and also telling me low end, and high end if the valve heads were damaged, I felt confident that this was the place to go. Jason stayed in touch during repairs to update me including letting me know the heads were fine so the pricing offered would be the lower not the higher, and again the Friday that it was done but they wanted to do a drive test before having it back Monday. Car looked great. The engine compartment has been power washed and so looked great. The receipt detailed everything they looked at, results, what they found, what they fixed. The tech went above and beyond to document — I confess I forgot the tech’s name or would mention it here as the notes were excellent. Long story short, in the past I have felt at the mercy of the repair shop. At Driven they make you feel in control, informed and appreciate your business. So they have all my business ongoing for my three car family and I don’t hesitate recommending them.

These guys were amazing. We were driving through Idaho on a road trip when we got a check engine light. We called them and they told us to come in and they would check it out. They took the time to talk through the potential issues and were so incredibly helpful. We are so grateful to have found a mechanic that is so knowledgeable and kind and honest. They didnt even charge us for the diagnostic. Kudos to Driven Automotive! Amazing customer service!

Around four months ago, I was searching for a new shop to service my vehicles. After a long online search, I came across Driven Automotive. What initially stood out to me was the number of positive reviews they had. I decided to take my vehicle to them for some services it needed. The dealership was charging way too much, and Driven Automotive quoted me a much more reasonable price for the same services. After just one experience with them, I understood why they have so many positive reviews online. It’s not easy to find a place where you can confidently take your car and know they are genuinely looking out for you. I’ve since taken in several of my cars, including my mom’s car, and each time has been a great experience. Recently, I brought my car in for a strange noise it was making. They told me to bring it by, took a look, added some lubricant, and sent me on my way. They didn’t even charge me. If you’re looking for a shop where you can feel confident they are upfront and honest about what your car needs, I highly recommend them. I won’t be taking my cars anywhere else. A big plus is that they are fairly priced, and the staff is professional and easy to work with.
