I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire on Eagle Road. The customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced at a tire shop. The manager Greg was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They rotated my tires for free and made everything quick and easy. What really stood out was that I also brought in the tires from my 1928 Model A Ford, and he took the time to help rebalance them and thoroughly check everything out. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find service like this anymore. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service.

Still the best. The tires I had on my truck from the manufacturer were very defective . Discount was able to get a mileage wear out pro rated adjustment for me. Like I said, tires were not from discount. Directly from , Ram. I really enjoy my new tires from discount tires . They are always so nice at that particular location . I had great service at their other locations as well.

Awesome crew, Kris was respectful, direct, and took care of my truck for me. I’m on a busy trip and he got it handled a head of schedule. He was leading and helping other coworkers. Seth was great aswell. Saw him helping the younger guys get the spare off. Didn’t yell just being a good leader. Will always recommend discount tire!

Ordered tires online at a great price, while ordering it gave me the option to schedule my install appointment. Arrived before opening for my 8 am appointment and there were several folks standing outside waiting. The staff at Discount assured me my appointment would be honored and I had 4 newly mounted tires in under an hour on a busy Saturday morning. Incredible service and no damage to my wheels during mounting. Will definitely recommend this location and drive out of my way for the service.
