Crash Champions Collision Repair Meridian

Great experience with this group. They were in constant contact with me, updating me on the work status of my car the whole time it was in their shop. I was very impressed with the finished job, was involved in a car accident and my car looked brand new again after they were done with the repairs. Brian was super nice, knowledgeable and attentive. When I went to pick up my car I had planned to take it in to get it wash as it was a hot mess when I dropped off…and what do you know?!?! My car was detailed, squeaky clean inside and out!!! WOW! This group went above and beyond my expectations, they really know how to take care of their customers. On top of all that my car was done a day early!!! Thank you Brian & crew! Keep up the amazing work, I would leave 10 stars if I could.😁

This was my second time to take my poor damaged CRV to Crash Champions, each time a different location in Nampa. Doesn't seem to matter at all.......I got the same professional expert work in either case. Everything goes smoothly, communication from the technician is excellent. And the work.....is wonderful!! I've never had a complaint or a problem with their work. Unlike my daughter, who went to Caliber Collision, and has had to keep returning because of their shoddy work. (She will be posting her review shortly) Crash Champions work with most major insurance companies seamlessly. I could not be happier and will continue to go to them in the future.

Poor communication. Consistent delays and push back on completion times. Only offic employees work on weekends. Don't expect to get vehicles back when they say they will be done!!!! General Manager promised open communication and Pride in his shop but in actual practice that has not been the case. Lack of accountability and responsibility clearly present at this location.

Highly recommend! I had a really great experience with this team given my situation and I have nothing but good marks for the entire interaction. I was in a collision only a day prior that totaled my car, so I just went in to sign all forms and pick up the rest of my belongings from the car. Simple, to the point. But the second I said what car I was there for, I was hit with immediate kindness and empathy from each person there and it was SO unexpected. I think everyone expects to go into any repair shop and be greeted by an oil stained jumpsuit, hustled for repairs, and pay an arm and a leg, so I definitely went in there with my guard up. After my rough day, I was just hoping not to accidentally sign a form that would sell my soul considering I don’t know much about being in an accident or cars or repairs in general. The accident was my fault so I’d been carrying that guilt with me and to have that much concern and care given to me when I felt like I didn’t really deserve it reminded me that we’re all humans who make mistakes and they were the humans who were there to make that mistake a little easier on me. So, my experience was memorable in the best way. It was quick, painless, and so very easy. I was told exactly what would happen, how things would proceed, where to find my car in the lot, and what to do from there. When I left after packing up my belongings and saying goodbye to my very first car, I was even a little emotional on the drive home because sometimes it really is THAT easy to help someone out who really needs it. Thank you. Also, the place itself was clean, organized, smelled FANTASTIC, and was super welcoming. 10/10 would choose them again and will for all future issues with my new car. Thank you again!

Crash champions in Meridian was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very organized and got things done in a timely manner and even made alternate arrangements for me when needed.
